1.The most well known asthma home remedies is the use of honey. Inhaling the steam of warm honey at the time of asthma attack, gives quick results. A glass of water with one spoon of honey drank thrice a day can help control the disease. Honey helps to treat the mucus which causes inflammation.
2.Cook one cup of grated radish, one spoon of honey and one spoon of lemon juice for 20 minutes. Take one spoon of it everyday. This has proved to be one of the most effective asthma home remedies.
3.Soak four dry figs in a glass of luke warm water overnight. In the morning eat them empty stomach. This helps in treating the infection and also helps to treat mucus.
4.Bitter Gourd root is yet another effective asthma home remedies. One spoon bitter gourd root paste mixed with honey and basil leaves juice helps in treating the internal allergy.
5.Fenugreek seeds is very effective to treat internal allergies. Boil a glass of water with fenugreek seeds till the 1/3 of the water is left. Mix a spoon of honey and gignger juice in it. Take it once a day.
