When there are so many diets around you claiming to be the best, obviously, you tend to get confused about the best one to choose. What's the only diet that works?

Well, firstly, let us admit it- your dietician and physician are the only people who can tell you what to eat and what not to eat.
But if you are not suffering from any serious conditions and if you are young and healthy, then you can always embrace a diet which contains more of vegetables to supply you with enough of nutrients, a protein source like eggs and of course, a source to derive energy from which is obviously carbohydrates.
Though many sources say that grain is to be avoided, eating one rice/wheat meal a day isn't really dangerous. At the end of the day, your health and body weight depend upon a lot of factors. Your genetics, your activity levels, your age, personality, frame and a lot more decide what suits you well.

That is why it is very tough to decide a one-diet-fits-all-plan. But still, to be on the safe side, you can always embrace a vegetable-rich diet without avoiding your favourite foods. Read on to know....

Step 1:
As soon as you wake up and brush your teeth, eat a raw garlic. After 20 minutes, drink some amla (gooseberry) juice.

Step 2:
When it is time for breakfast, drink some vegetable broth. If your hunger isn't satisfied, eat a salad with a banana.

Step 3:
During lunch time, eat 3 boiled eggs and drink a cup of vegetable broth. This will supply some protein to keep you filled and some vitamins and minerals to help your body function well.

Step 4:
In the evening, eat a snack. Choose either nuts or fruits. All other packed snacks are unhealthy.

Step 5:
During the dinner time, eat your favourite foods without controlling portion sizes.

Step 6:
Ensure that you either choose morning walk or evening walk as your exercise. You don't need to sweat out in the gym, unless you aspire to be a model or a bodybuilder.

Step 7:
Sleep early and sleep peacefully. Completely stay away from processed foods, smoking and alcohol to ensure that your sleep quality is good and your body's overall metabolism is natural.
