Sprains and fractures are common especially if you participate in games like football or volley ball. Actually, an injury can happen any time when you are working out in any season.
Injuries are like accidents and they can happen to both beginners as well as the experts of the field. But it doesn't mean that you can't avoid them.

In fact, preventing fitness injuries can be easy if you follow certain basic precautions. You will be able to minimise the chances successfully though you can't totally avoid them.

Avoid Heat
One thing is for sure in summer: the heat would be your enemy when you are in the playground. Try to avoid it as heat injuries form a percentage of fitness injuries.

Know Your Body

Never forget to warm up before you get into action as that might cause you an injury soon after you begin your activity. When your body is not gradually tuned to the intense activity, it will fail to deliver.
