DASH diet

Whole grains diet
It is another popular type of diet that consists of whole grains that are rich in fiber, anti-oxidants, nutrients, vitamins and minerals. They are low in fats and calories so, aid weight loss too. Whole grains are also filling and effective in controlling food cravings.
