Milk And Milk Products
Milk and all other milk products like cheese, paneer (cottage cheese), yoghurt etc are all protein rich vegetarian foods. Each cup of milk has 8 grams of protein, cheese has 6-10 grams of protein, paneer has 30 grams and yoghurt has 8-12 grams of protein. Most of them are liked by all and a plenty of dishes can be prepared from these protein rich foods. You can have a cheese sandwich for your breakfast or a glass of milk after any meal. They will provide you with with both your protein and calcium supplements for the whole day.
