Simple Neck Exercises At Work To Reduce Neck Pain

Neck exercises at work to reduce neck pain:
1. Sit straight on your chair and drop your chin down as far as possible towards the chest until you feel a stretch in your neck. Hold it for 15-20 seconds and repeat it 3-4 times.
2. Drop your head back with eyes looking at the sky and stretch your neck. Hold the position when you feel a stretch in your front. Repeat it This neck exercise at work provides great relief from neck pain.
3. Bring your left ear close to your left shoulder, stretching the right side of the neck. Hold the stretch for 20 seconds and then repeat on right shoulder. Continue and repeat both sides for 4-5 times.
4. Look to the left as far as you can and hold the position for 20 seconds. Bring your head back to the starting position and then repeat on the right side. Do this neck exercise at work for 4-5 times and stretch gently. Don't be harsh or quick.
5. Breathe in and turn your neck on the right side. Breathe out while returning back the neck. Repeat it on the left side and do this neck exercise at work to reduce neck pain.
6. Rotating the neck in a circular motion also reduces the neck pain and is an effective neck exercise at work. Do this neck rotation in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions. Breathe in when you start and breathe out while returning back to the normal position.
