Dieters enjoy eating in the banana diet as the rules are not strict. Lets check out the morning banana diet plan:
- Start the day with one or two bananas with a glass of room temperature water. For the rest of the day, the dieter is free to eat any dish of his/her choice but there are few food items to avoid for achieving best results.
- The most important rule to be followed for morning banana diet is to always have room temperature water after every meal and avoid eating after 8 pm.
- In the banana diet plan, eat only raw, uncooked and unfrozen bananas and you can also have 3-4 bananas for breakfast but don't overeat.
- If you feel hungry after having breakfast then have a rice ball (as suggested by the dietitian who introduced the banana diet in forums) or oatmeal item to fill the stomach.
- For best results in this diet, avoid having rice, oily and junk food while on diet.
- For meals you can have anything but it is advised to have nutritious and healthy food items to stay fit and active.
- In dinner, avoid dessert and always complete the dinner before 8 pm. Don't over-eat.
- Chew the meal and bananas well while eating and taste them.
- In snacks, you can have sweets like chocolates, cookies or desserts at 3 pm. Avoid ice cream, donut and chips for snacks. Even fat-free popcorns are good snacks.
- Drink enough water in small sips and always in room temperature. Reduce caffeine and alcohol.
- Go early to bed. The best time is 4 hours after dinner.
- Don't pressurize yourself to exercise. A walk is enough to de-stress yourself though exercising is not harmful.
Morning banana diet plan is a flexible diet to reduce weight and anyone can follow it.
