Parents also try hard to provide energetic food to their children. Increased stress demands supply of water-soluble vitamins such as vitamin B, C, zinc and minerals. These vitamins and minerals provides proper functioning of the adrenal hormones which play a major role in fighting stress. So what to eat which will keep you healthy during exam fever? Here is an exam diet food to ensure good exam health:
- Students lose their appetite during exam time. A good exam health can be achieved by having a light and balanced diet food. Excessive food intake will make the students sleepy and inactive as the digestion absorbs all the body energy (glucose).
- Bananas are believed to be good energetic fruit which provides energy to the students. Carrot or sweet fruit are also effective exam diet food. Not eating before exams deactivates the student and the energy required to learn is lost gradually. So, it is advisable to eat light meal before taking the exam.
- Eat at intervals for a steady supply of energy. Fruits or fruit juices will stop you from feeling drowsy. Avoid fried snacks as they make you lazy.
- Coffee, tea and cold drinks are not healthy! Stop taking at as a drink to come out of sleep while studying. Good exam health requires proper food consumption which increases concentration, enhances memory, boosts energy, keeps a stable mind and reduces stress. Opt for juice or milk to stay healthy.
- Reduce the intake of white flour or rice. Prefer whole grains like oats, brown rice, wheat, pulses, nuts, seeds, green leafy vegetables and low-fat dairy products to increase the intake of vitamin B and zinc.
- Almonds are healthy exam diet. Soak almonds overnight and eat it in the morning. It increases the memory and concentration.
- Green vegetables like spinach, bell peppers, broccoli and sweet potatoes constitute the exam health vegetables.
- Green tea is good to keep the body hydrated. Have it twice a day for good exam health.
