Diet To Cure & Get Rid Of Acne!

Acne diet to cure acne:
1. Fiber rich food helps clean the system and remove toxins from the body which directly affects the skin. Fiber rich vegetables are carrots, cabbage, beet, broccoli, green beans, onion, potato, spinach, cauliflower, etc. Apple, banana, avocado, strawberries, raspberries, orange, grapes, blueberries, plum and pear are few fiber rich fruits. Include these foods in your acne diet.
2. Garlic and ginger are considered as spices to cure acne as the insulin levels are controlled by consuming garlic or ginger.
3. Include protein rich food in your diet as they increase the production of enzymes in body to control oil glands and pore clogging. Wholemeal bread, beef, eggs, fish, cheese, coconut, baked beans, carrots, avocado, asparagus, almonds are few protein rich food.
4. Vitamin rich food such as lettuce, cantaloupe, green leafy vegetables, carrots, sweet potatoes, corn, meat, seafood, whole grains, mangoes, papaya, tomato, oatmeals are few vitamin rich food. These vitamin rich food in A, zinc and chromium help to get rid of acne.
5. Green tea helps treat acne. A glass of green tea daily can prevent acne, get clear skin and strong hair.
6. High iodine levels in the body also causes acne. Be careful while eating oily food or chips which are rich in iodine.
7. Have 8-10 glasses of water or 3 litres in a day to flush out the toxins which leads to pores clogging. Drink water to get clean face.
8. Regular exercise and eight hours of sleep apart from the diet can help to cure acne.
