Cucumber raita is a delicious recipe that has a blend of sour yogurt and crunchy cucumber pieces. Mix this raita with spices like cumin seeds, red chilli powder and onions to make it the perfect side dish. Check out the recipe to prepare cucumber raita.
Ingredients:
150gms Natural Yogurt
100gms Sour Cream Light
4 tbsp Milk
1 small Onion
1 small Cucumber
Salt to taste
2 small green chili
Method:
- Cut the cucumber into dices and the onions into fine small pieces.
- Roughly chop the mint leaves and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and cucumber slices.
