Kele Ki Sabzi Recipe – Navratri Special
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas (unripe)
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- 2 green chillies (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp arrowroot powder
- 1 tsp coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp curds
- 1 tsp lemon (juice)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup curry leaves
- Salt as per requirement
How To Make Kele Ki Sabzi?
- Chop the peeled bananas into pieces and soak them in salt water so that they don't change colour.
- Boil them in turmeric water until the bananas get cooked (become soft)
- Drain the bananas and leave it aside.
- In a bowl, mix curd, turmeric and salt well.
- Fry cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies in a pan. Add to the curd mixture, stir well.
- Add bananas to the masala and cook it well.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander, arrowroot powder and lemon juice and serve. Tasty kele ki sabzi is ready.
- Enjoy the delicious Navratri recipe with chapatti.
