Chilli Coriander Fried Rice Recipe

Chilli coriander fried rice recipe is prepared with a fiery combination of the red and green chillies. If you love to eat spicy food, then this is one of the best recipes you can try out for dinner. Ingredients
- Rice- 2 cups
- Water- 4 cups
- Garlic- 6-7 cloves (chopped)
- Red chilli- 1 (sliced)
- Green chillies- 4 (sliced)
- Soy sauce- 1tbsp
- Coriander leaves- 4tbsp (chopped)
- Salt- as per taste
- Oil- 1tbsp
Procedure
- Wash and cook the rice in a deep bottomed pan with water for about 10 minutes on low flame.
- Once done, transfer the rice to a plate and spread it with a spatula. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped garlic for a minute on A medium flame.
- Add the red chilli and green chillies into the pan. Saute the ingredients for a minute.
- Now add in the soy sauce, cooked rice, salt, coriander leaves and stir fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Once done, switch off the flame and serve.
