Tofu Bean Curry Recipe - Heart Healthy Diet Recipe
Ingredients:
1. 1/2 cup beans
2. 3/4 tofu
3. 6 mushrooms (sliced)
4. 2 spring onions (finely chopped)
5. 1 tsp curry paste
6. 1 tsp soya sauce - 1 tbsp
7. 1 cup skimmed milk
8. 1 1/2 tsp sugar
9. Cayenne pepper
10. Salt to taste
Tofu Bean Curry Recipe Preparation:
1. Heat skimmed milk and bring it to boil.
2. Add curry paste, soya sauce, cayenne pepper, sugar and salt. Mix well.
3. Add in the mushrooms and tofu and boil for some more time.
4. Add in the green beans and cook beans.
5. Add chopped spring onions and after a minute, remove the vessel from heat. This healthy recipe has absolutely no cholesterol.
Enjoy the tofu bean curry and always remember that a healthy heart will lead to a happy living.
