Ingredients:
100gms Paneer/Cottage Cheese
2 Cups Mixed Boiled Vegetables (Carrot, Peas, Beans, Potatoes)
6tbsp Tomato Puree
2tbsp Onion paste
1tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
' tsp Turmeric Powder
2tsp Coriander Powder
1' tsp Garam Masala
1 Cup Milk
3tbsp Fresh Cream
3tbsp Ghee
Salt to taste
Method:
Cut the Paneer into small pieces and deep fry in Ghee.
Heat the Ghee in a vessel and fry the Onion paste for a few minutes. Add the Ginger-Garlic paste and fry for ' a minute.
Add the Tomato Puree, Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Chili Powder, Garam Masala and Salt. Fry for at least 3 - 4 minutes. Add the boiled Vegetables, Milk, Cream and fried Paneer pieces.
Cook for a few minutes. Serve hot with Phulka.
