This is a traditional Onam recipe without which Onamsadhya feast is incomplete. This is basically a vegetable curry recipe from Kerala. It can be made with a number of vegetables like cabbage, potatoes, chickpeas, drumsticks etc. The vegetables are brewed in a stew that is cooked in coastal Malabar style. You can easily prepare this dish in half an hour's time.
