Mozzarella Mushroom Sandwich Recipe
Mozzarella cheese is used in many Italian dishes. The taste and flavour of mozzarella cheese make kids crave for it. If you use low fat or fat-free mozzarella cheese, it can be very healthy for the body. This cheese type is rich in calcium, zinc, phosphorus and sodium. These minerals and nutrients strengthen bones, teeth and protects the body from diseases such as osteoporosis. One healthy and filling breakfast can be mozzarella mushroom sandwich. Mozzarella mushroom sandwich recipe:

Ingredients
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
cabbage leaves
4 hamburger buns, split
½ cup pizza sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
salt
mayonnaise
1 tsp black pepper, grounded
olive oil
Directions to make mozzarella mushroom sandwich recipe:
1. Wash and clean the mushrooms. Brush the mushroom pieces with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook mushrooms and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
3. Spread mayonnaise and pizza sauce on the bread slices. Place cooked mushroom on the bread slices.
4. Add shredded mozzarella cheese and cabbage leaves. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and cover with bread slice.
Mozzarella mushroom sandwich is ready! Serve with tomato ketchup or cheese dip.
