Mini Pizzas: Breakfast Recipe For Kids
It is very difficult to make your kids eat anything. That is why most of the moms are really worried and think of delicious recipes that can tempt their kids. Well the trick to make your kids love food is to try variety. You need to try different varieties of dishes. For example, kids love to eat rolls and pizzas. So you can make a roti roll which is stuffed with boiled vegetables or the dry sabji. Similarly, pizzas can be made using different tricks.
So to fulfill the kids demand and help the tired mothers, here is a kid special mini pizza recipe that can be prepared for breakfast. It is an easy recipe that is prepared with small bread pieces. Mini Pizzas: Kids Special Breakfast Recipe

Serves: 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20-25 minutes
Ingredients
- Eggs- 3
- Bread slices- 4
- Black beans- 2-3 (halved)
- Capsicum- ½ (sliced)
- Tomato slices- 2-4
- Tomato sauce- 1tbsp
- Grated mozzarella cheese- ½ cup
- Oregano- a pinch
- Salt- as per taste
Procedure
- Hard boil the eggs. Let them cool. Once the eggs cool, peel them and then cut them into two halves.
- Now toast the bread slices till they become hard and crunchy.
- Layer the bread slices with tomato sauce. Place the tomato slices and then sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Place the boiled egg and then sprinkle oregano and salt.
- Broil for 5 minutes or till the cheese melts.
- Garnish the mini pizzas with capsicum slices and black beans.
Kids special, mini pizza is ready to eat for breakfast.
