Ingredients
- Bread - 6 slices
- Cheese - 100 gms (grated)
- Eggs - 1 (beaten)
- Chilli- 2 tsp (paste)
- Garlic - 1 tsp (paste)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
- Beat together the chilli paste, garlic paste, beaten egg and the grated cheese in a bowl.
- With the help of a butter knife, use this above mixture to coat one side of the bread.
- Now place the coated bread on a greased aluminum tray.
- Bake till the bread in the oven turns golden brown in colour.
- When done, cut the bread into stripped slices.
Your cheese egg toast is now ready to eat. This cheese egg toast is better to eat when served hot.
