Recipe For Milk Burfi

Ingredients:
- Milk – 2 cups
- Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
- Milk Powder – 2 tbs
- powdered Sugar - 3 tbs
- Ghee – 3 tbs
- Cardamom Powder – ' tbs
- Edible Silver Foil – 1 sheet
Method:
- Heat the milk a little and curdle it by adding lemon juice in it.
- Tie the curdled milk in a muslin cloth for 3 hours. This will help the milk to turn into cottage cheese.
- Add milk powder and sugar to the cheese and mix it well.
- Heat the ghee in a pan and add the cheese mixture.
- In very low flame stir – fry it until the ghee separates.
- Now remove it from the stove and add cardamom powder and allow it to cool a bit.
- Now knead the mixture.
- Make flat cakes out of this mixture and allow it to cool completely.
- Cut it into square pieces and fold it in silver foil.
Now serve your guests with this yummy Milk burfi.
