Chikoo is rich in vitamins, especially vitamin A, B-complex and C. Also has high mineral content like copper, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and calcium and electrolytes including sodium and potassium. With so many nutrients can you miss taking a gulp of the drink?. Heres the Chikoo milkshake recipe.
Chikoo Milkshake Recipe -
Ingredients:
1. 2-3 chikoo fruits (peeled, seeded)
2. 1 glass of skimmed milk/ vanilla ice cream
3. Sugar according to taste
4. Pinch of cardamom
5. Ice cubes
Chikoo milkshake preparation:
1.Blend all the above ingredients in a juicer.
2.Add it to a milkshake glass and serve with ice cubes
Tasty chikoo milkshake is ready to enjoy.
