Ingredients :
Ripe Plantain or Banana – 4
Maida Flour - ¼ kg
Water - ¼ cup
Salt – a pinch
Sugar – 3 tbs
Oil – As required for frying
Preparation :
- Mix maida flour, sugar, salt with water and whirl until you get thick batter.
- Cut the bananas vertically and dip them in the batter.
- Pour the oil in a pan and heat it.
- Now fry the bananas until it turns reddish brown.
Now ooze out the excess oil using a cotton cloth or paper and serve hot with coffee
