Ingredients
- Chicken legs- 4
- Vinegar- 2tbsp
- Garlic- 5-6 cloves (chopped)
- Green chillies- 2 (chopped)
- Soy sauce- 1tbsp
- Corn flour
- Onion- 1 (sliced)
- Bell pepper- 1 (sliced)
- Chinese grass- 1 pinch
- Oil- 2tbsp
- Salt- as per taste
Procedure
- Marinate the chicken legs with vinegar, garlic and salt. Leave it for 10 minutes.
- Take a mixing bowl. Add soy sauce, green chillies and Chinese grass to it. Mix it well.
- Dip the chicken legs in the soy mixture and roll it in the corn flour.
- Heat oil in a skillet. When it starts steaming, place the chicken legs in the pan.
- You can fry the chicken legs until it gets browned on all sides.
- After 2 minutes, reduce the flame and add the onions and bell peppers.
- Cover and fry the chicken legs until they are crisp.
You have crisp Chinese fried chicken legs but you do not have to deep fry them. Serve it hot with a white sauce dip.
