Stuffed Fish Curry, Rich & Spicy
Eating Fish curry is easy but making it is obviously not simple, and for that, here we give a simple stuffed fish curry which is unique and different. This easter, enjoy the celebration by relishing this sumptuous fish food. Stuffed Fish Curry Recipe -
Ingredients:
1. 1/2 Kg Fish (scaled and gutted)
2. 1 cup lime juice
3. Sea salt
For stuffing:
1.1/2 cup herbs (flat leaf parsley, thyme, chives and coriander)
2. 1 medium onion
3. 1 green chilli
4. Salt (optional)
For the curry:
1. 2 garlic cloves
2. 1/2 cup curry leaves
3. 1/4 tsp chilli powder
4. 3/4 cup coconut milk
5. 1 small onion chopped
6. 1 tsp garam masala
7. 1 cardamom
8. 1 clove
9. 1/4 tsp sugar
10. 1/4 cup coriander leaves
11. Oil
Method:
1. Brine fish in lime juice and salt.
2. Coarsely grind herbs, chilli and onion into thick paste, stuff the mixture into the fish cavity.
3. Deep fry the stuffed fish until golden brown.
4. In a pan, fry cloves, cardamom, garlic, onion until golden brown and grind it into thick paste.
5. Add the paste into a vessel with water, remaining herbs mixture, garam masala, chilli powder, salt, sugar, coconut milk, curry leaves and bring it to boil.
6. Once the curry is boiling, put the stuffed fish, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off and the tasty stuffed fish curry recipe is ready.
