Yummy Italian Chicken Salami Club Sandwich
This evening, try out this yummy and easy club sandwich. Chicken which is a juicy and tender meat is most loved by all age groups. Working mothers, who come home from work tired after a long day can now make a health snack for their kids. This simple club Italian sandwich with chicken salami slices and veggies will make the meal all the more colourful.
To make this yummy salami club sandwich, all you need is chicken slices (salami) which is readily available in a cold storage, your kiddies favourite veggies and bread slices.

Here is how you make a yummy club salami sandwich. It has less amount of calories too since it is lean meat!
Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time : 15 minutes
Ingredients
- Chicken salami - 100gm
- Whole wheat bread - 8 slices
- Cheese - 4 slice
- Pepper Mayonnaise - 15gm
- French Mustard - 8gm
- Tomato - 2 (cut into thin slices)
- Lettuce - 10 (chopped in thin slices)
- Crushed Pepper - 3gm
- Salt to taste
Procedure
- Take two slices of bread. On one slice of bread, using a butter knife, spread a layer of French mustard gently.
- On the other slice, layer a little pepper mayonnaise. Now make sure that you do not overload the slices with too much of mayonnaise and mustard.
- Now, on the mustard slice, add a slice of cheese. Place the cheese in the middle of the bread slice.
- On top of the cheese add the slices of tomato (two slices). Now add three rings of onion too over the tomato slices.
- Press the veggies gently on the slice of bread.
- Now take a pinch of crushed pepper and sprinkle it onto the mayonnaise slice.
- Add lettuce on top of the mayonnaise slice and add a little more pepper.
- Take another slice of bread and spread three slices of salami on the empty slice of bread. Sprinkle over the salami a little salt.
- Now this is an important step for the Italian club sandwich- Gently place the third slice of bread over the slice with has mustard on it.
- Cover the salami with the other slice of bread that has the mayonnaise and lettuce.
Voila! Your Italian club salami sandwich is now ready to eat. This is an easy recipe you can make for your kids as an evening snack. It is healthy as well since it contains chicken, which will provide your little one with lots of energy!
