Homemade Chicken Pizza Recipe

It is said that before the 17th century, this delicious pizza was covered with white sauce and was later replaced by oil, tomatoes and fish to make this pita bread tastier. Alexandre Dumas Pere was the first one to bring out the diversity of pizza toppings in the year 1843.
Here is a recipe for homemade chicken pizza.
All you need is
450 gms of boneless breast chicken
Pizza dough
4 tsp of pepper powder
1 cup of mushrooms
1 tsp vegetable cooking oil
' cup of mozzarella cheese
' tsp of thyme/herbs
1 tsp of olive oil
1 garlic and clove minced
2 cups of purple sliced onions
1 cup of red bell pepper
¼ tsp of salt to taste
Directions to make the homemade chicken pizza
Heat a spoon full of oil in a pan, over a medium high heat. Add in the chicken, salt, pepper powder and garlic and heat it for a few minutes. After it is well heated, add in the onions, bell pepper, mushrooms and thyme.
Fry for a few minutes into the chicken mix until the chicken is fully cooked. Keep it aside.
Now unroll the pizza dough and pat into a 12 inch pizza pan which is coated with the vegetable oil. Drop in the half cup of mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
Spread the chicken mixture over the cheese and top it with extra cheese if you want to.
Bake in the oven for 425 degrees F, 15 minutes till its crust turns golden brown.
Your homemade chicken pizza is ready, eat it hot and enjoy. You can also add in tomato sauce or chilli flakes as the topping.
