Fried Chicken Curry: Crisp Indian Recipe

Fried chicken curry, Indian recipe:
Ingredients
1 kg chicken
' cup maida
2 onions chopped
1 ' tsp ginger garlic paste
3-4 green chillies
' cup tomato ketchup
turmeric powder
red chilli powder
curry powder
garam masala
black pepper powder
cumin seeds
curry leaves
oil
Directions to make fried chicken curry:
1. Clean the chicken, remove the skin and wash properly. Cut into medium or small size joints.
2. In a bowl, add maida, salt and curry powder. Cover the pieces with the maida coat.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the pieces especially neck, wings and back. Deep fry till the pieces become golden brown in colour and looks tender and soft. Take out in a tissue paper and keep them aside.
4. In a pan, heat 2-4 tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and mix well. Now add onion and green chillies. Cook till it becomes translucent. Add salt, garam masala, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and tomato ketchup. Saute well and add little water to increase the consistency.
5. Add fried chicken to the mixture and let it cook till the curry thickens.
