Crisp Baked Chicken Breasts Recipe
Fried chicken breasts is always tempting. We all love to have the crisp chicken breasts with tomato sauce or with mustard honey sauce. However, fried foods are rich in calories and cholesterol. Moreover, the nutrients of the meat is lost once it is fried. So, it is best to have steamed or baked chicken. Chicken breasts are loaded with vitamins and proteins. Thus, it is nutritious to have crisp baked chicken.
Here is the recipe to prepare crisp baked chicken breasts. Made with simple ingredients like mayonnaise, cheese and chicken breast halves, it is crisp and juicy. Cooking time: 35-40 minutes
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts- 4 (halved, boneless and skinless)
- Mayonnaise- 2tbsp
- Parmesan cheese- 1tbsp (grated)
- Bread crumbs- ½ cup
Procedure
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a deep bottomed dish, mix Parmesan cheese with bread crumbs.
- Spread mayonnaise over the chicken breasts.
- Now dip them into the Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs dish. Coat the chicken breasts with it and then place them on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake the chicken breasts for 35-40 minutes till the meat turns light brown and the juices run clear.
- Once cooked, take the chicken breasts out of the oven.
Serve the crisp baked chicken breasts hot with salad or cheese dip.
