Sprout Scrambled Egg Recipe For Breakfast

Breakfast is an important meal of the day and starting your day with something healthy will keep you happy and your tummy full for the rest of the day. This morning start your day with something nutritious like sprout scrambled eggs.
Something like this sprout scrambled egg recipe is just about the perfect start for your mornings.

Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- Eggs - 4
- Sprouts - 1 cup
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Pepper - 1 tbsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Procedure
- To make the recipe, break the four eggs in a bowl and whisk them till they turn fluffy and light.
- When they are fluffed up completely, heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium flame and wait for it to get hot.
- When the oil is hot, add the fluffed eggs to the pan and scramble it till it is cooked completely. When done, keep it aside.
- In a separate bowl, add in a cup of water and let it boil for sometime. When the water is boiling, drop in the sprouts and let it boil for about 5 minutes.
- When the sprouts is boiled, drain the water and add it to the scrambled eggs.
- Place the mixture on medium flame and give it a stir for 5 minutes, allowing it to cook.
- Now add in the salt and pepper to the mixture and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
- When done, switch the flame off and serve hot.
You can enjoy this sprouts scrambled egg recipe with cottage cheese on the side and toast to give it that added taste.
