Egg Salad Recipe Before Workouts
To start your morning on a healthy note, you have got to add in a lot of leafy veggies and of course eggs. These two ingredients will provide you with a whole lot of calcium and proteins, most of all carbohydrates to burn out at the gym. Before you head to the gym, this warm up food will give you a boost like none other. To keep the spirit high before you head to the gym, try out this egg salad with veggies on the side!
This egg salad recipe has a lot of flavour since it contains leafy veggies which are naturally sweet, since it is spinach. To make this warm up breakfast, you will only need three ingredients to complete your healthy meal, which is - egg, spinach and tomatoes.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 16 minutes

Ingredients
- Spinach - 150g
- Eggs -2
- Tomatoes - 2 Medium
Procedure
- Rinse the spinach thoroughly, and leave it to drain.
- Now turn the grill on and wait for it to heat up.
- Heat a pan of water and hard-boil the eggs well.
- Now slice the tomatoes into half and place it under the grill.
- While the eggs and tomatoes are cooking well, arrange the baby fresh spinach leaves on a plate.
- Once the eggs are completely cooked, cut them into four pieces each after peeling out the shell.
- Place the cut eggs and tomatoes over the bed of spinach.
Your egg salad recipe is now ready to eat. Before you consume this yummy breakfast meal, make sure you drink a glass of water to help boost you up.
