Andhra-Style Fish Fry Recipe
Nothing like a plate of fish fry on a Sunday afternoon in your lunch. And if the fish fry is prepared with this Andhra recipe, then it will surely give you praises. Just to remind you that not all Indian fish recipes are curries. This Andhra recipe for example gives you an amazing dry fish delicacy that you can enjoy with dal and rice.
A very high amount of zesty spices is customary in any Andhra style recipe. This Andhra-style fish fry would not be an exception to that rule. However, you can adjust the spices to suit your palate. This is a traditional Indian fish recipe and has its customary excesses of oil and spices. So this dish is not for healthy freaks but a must for food freaks!

3. Now marinate the fish with the marinade you have prepared and leave it for half an hour.
4. Heat oil in a flat bottomed pan. Season it with curry leaves for flavour.

6. Lower the fame and cook on both the sides for about 7 to 8 minutes.
