Madhuri Dixit In Shehla Khan Lehenga

The latest episode of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa was filled with glamour. There was Priyanka Chopra who was dressed to impress in an Armani suit. On the other hand, Madhuri Dixit was in a stunning lehenga choli from Shehla Khan's couture. Even last week, Mrs Nene wore a lehenga saree from Jade. This is Madhuri's second consecutive look in a lehenga.

The lehenga was white in colour and had shimmering effects. Usually, Shehla Khan is known for her lace detailed creations. However, this lehenga seemed to defy the rule. Madhuri Dixit was in a lehenga that was mainly characterised by tulle, organza and sequins. The choli was collage of sequined work only. The lehenga was made of tulle with an overlay of shimmering organza on it.

The lehenga had sequined borders and the hemline was studded with embellished details. All in all, this outfit was bright but lacked the delicacy of typical Shehla Khan design. We have seen Madhuri Dixit wear better Shehla Khan outfits than this one. Lace is the major element missing from this look.

Madhuri managed to accessorise her Jhalak look very well. The white embellished jhumkas were really pretty. She did well to skip the neck piece that would have made the look heavy. However, the new hairstyle was a downer. It appeared as if Madhuri had got a boycut hairstyle. She would have looked better with soft curls or side swept hair.
