Day 2 of the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2014 has started on a high fashion note. Ace designer duo Monica and Karishma showcased their glittering summer collection at Lakme Fashion Week 2014 ramp.
Jade Couture by Monica and Karishma is becoming a hot pick among celebrities like Madhuri Dixit, Deepika Padukone and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to name a few.
The summer collection of Monica and Karishma consisted of colours like white and golden and shades of red. We saw a lot of golden embellished sheers in muted hues which looked nice on the ramp. From gowns to sequinned maxis, Monica and Karishma presented the perfect collection for the summer wardrobe. Lisa Haydon was the celebrity showstopper for Monica and Karishma at Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2014 Day 2. She looked like a Bohemian princess!

The sexy actress Lisa Haydon turned showstopper for Monica and Karishma at Lakme Fashion Week. Lisa wore an orange and golden heavily embellished silhouette. The bodice was golden and featured heavy embellishment. It featured a bare deep back which had golden embellishment.
White
Frilly white gowns with golden embellishment on the bodice looked nice and classy on the ramp.
Sheer Lace Skirts
Long sheer lace skirts were worn with plain sleeveless spaghetti tops. Loved the stone neckpiece like embellishment which has been done on the neckline.
Golden Frills
Some outfits had hues of golden touch which looked glamourous. This hater neck crop top has golden frills all over it, and has been worn with a sheer embroidered skirt.
Hem Maxis
Creamy white high low hemline maxis with golden embellishments looked nice on the ramp.
Golden Sequin Work
Some outfits had round small golden balls which added a spark to the plain white outfits.
Lace
Monica and Karishma used lace as well. Sheer and frilly white outfits had hues of lace embroidered on it.
Stripes
We even saw some trousers which had golden stripes. The pants were worn with ankle length cape like tops.
