6. Avoid spicy foods: Yes, what you eat can directly impact how you 'smell.' Spicy foods can increase body odour, so try to avoid them during the monsoon season. Eat lighter meals such as salads and soups, and avoid foods that are high in fat, sugar and oil [1].

7. Change your diet: Eating fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as foods that are high in protein, can help to reduce body odour. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated to keep body odour at bay.
