Repair, Nourish, Tone – Orange Peel Face Mask That Shows Results!
For 2 times brighter and softer skin, try this orange mask!
Between hectic hours, never-ending stress and skin-drying air-conditioning, are you really surprised your skin is dull, dry and lifeless? What you need is a repairing and rejuvenating mask, and the only ingredient we can suggest is orange. Here is why.
Orange contains 5 times more vitamin C than any fruit you can get your hands on. It is this vitamin, which helps the skin shed off its damaged cells, and reveal new skin tissues.
Furthermore, it contains a chock-full of citric acid, which cleanses the pore of dirt, shrinks pores and reduces pigmentation.

Other ingredients included in this herbal orange mask are almond, honey and milk.
Almond is packed to the brim with vitamin E, which promotes regeneration of new skin cells. Amino acids in honey help the skin retain its moisture better. And lactic acid in the milk helps tone, nourish and revives skin!
Now that you know precisely how this skin-nourishing orange mask works, let's get down to the recipe.

Step 1:
Take 4 to 5 almonds, soak it in a cup of water overnight. In the morning, grind it to fine paste.

Step 2:
Take orange peels, put it out in the sun to dry; when the peel turns colour to brown, grind it into a fine powder.

Step 3:
Take a bowl, add almond paste, a teaspoon of orange peel powder, a teaspoon of honey and whisk it into a smooth paste using milk.

Step 4:
Cleanse your face well with a mild cleanser.

Step 5:
Apply a thin coat of the mask to your face and neck. Avoid the area around your eyes. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Once dry, spritz some water and when the mask loosens, scrub in a circular motion.

Step 6:
Rinse your face with lukewarm water followed by cold water to close pores. Pat dry. Later, massage your skin with a light moisturiser.
