How To Deal With Oily Skin
Let us admit the fact that maintaining oily skin isn't easy. If you are one with oily skin, you would surely agree with this.
You would generally hate the greasy look on your face. And on the top of it, selecting a cream or a lotion that suits your skin would also be a challenge to you.
Well, in fact dealing with oily skin need not be so tough if you follow certain simple tips. Firstly, don't hate your skin. It is what you got naturally and you don't need to compare it with others as they too have their own set of skin problems. Yes, all types of skins do have certain issues that must be dealt with.
Why Indians Use Neem For Skin Care
If you know how to treat oily skin, you won't be troubled much as your skin tends to look clean and lustrous when maintained well. Now, check out these tips...

Tip #1
If you have plans to buy any product for your skin, use something that contains salicylic acid as its ingredient. Such products can deeply penetrate the oily pores of your skin and make them oil-free.

Tip #2
Don't be obsessive when it comes to washing your face. Washing your skin multiple times a day may totally strip away certain natural oils that your skin secretes. This may irritate your skin. Over washing isn't a solution for oily skin.

Tip #3
If your skin is too oily, minimise the use of moisturisers. Have a word with your dermatologist on this. Applying such creams may make your skin too greasy.

Tip #4
Before sleeping, using retinoid may help in minimising the build up of oil on your skin. Therefore, get yourself a cream that contains retinoid.

Tip #5
A skin toner can help. But ensure that you use it only on areas where the oil secretion is too much.

Tip #6
To get rid of the dirt build-up, exfoliate your face at least once in every 4-5 days. This can prevent acne and clogged pores.

Tip #7
Keep some tissue papers that absorb oil from your skin. Use them 3-4 times during the day whenever your face feels a bit greasy.
