10 Tips To Avoid Getting Stinky Feet!

Tips to avoid stinky or smelly feet:
1. Maintain hygiene as fungi or bacteria leads to smelly feet. Wash your feet everyday with an anti-bacterial soap to keep it clean.
2. If you wear shoes, don't forget to put it under the sun every weekend. If your shoes get wet then don't forget to dry it. Putting shoes under the sun kills the germs from insoles and also dries the moisture inside them.
3. One of the most important tip to avoid getting stinky feet is to keep your feet dry. Wear cotton socks. Cotton is thin and dries easily. It is a great absorbent so go for cotton socks.
4. Change the shoes everyday. The shoes need to breathe for 24 hours so that the moisture dries.
5. Scrub your feet regularly to keep it clean and hygienic. Use nail brush to clean the toe nails as they are more prone to get bacterial infections which leads to smelly feet. Clean heel, ankle, toes, skin between toe fingers and fore foot. Use separate foot scrub for foot care.
6. To keep the feet dry apply foot lotion, foot powder or foot spray. Before wearing shoes or sandals, put some foot powder, it is dry the skin and avoids getting stinky feet.
7. Wear open toe shoes, slippers or sandals as much as possible to keep the foot dry and free from perspiration.
8. Wear leather or canvas shoes to avoid getting smelly feet. They let your feet breathe, unlike plastic ones which leads to perspiration.
9. Apply deodorants as they are antiperspirant.
10. Soak your feet in warm water daily before going to bed and apply moisturizer. It not only is a good foot care tip but also cures cracked foot.
