Flowers For Beautiful Skin

It is a well known fact that fruit are good for skin but did you know that flowers also play an equally important role to maintain beautiful skin? Flowers are also rich in certain nutrients which keeps the skin healthy, treat them of infections and adds on to the glow. Lets look at some flowers for beautiful skin -
1.Rose – Rose water has been used for skin since centuries and are well know for their toning capabilities. Add rose petals in bath water and soak yourself into it for complete skin toning. For normal and dry skin rose acts as a toner and for oily skin it is used as a astringent. Very few people actually know that rose is also a good agent to prevent and cure tanning. Water petals or rose water should be used in bath water or should be applied on the skin before going to bed. Wash it off next morning with cold water and love the smoothness and freshness of your skin.
2.Cornflower – This flower for beautiful skin is a great remedy for inflammation, irritation, blackheads and rashes. Cornflower can also be used for cleaning the skin. Cornflower petals can be crushed, made into a paste and applied as a face pack. This will prevent pimples and rashes due to sunlight. This flower is also very helpful for skin allergies.
3.Hibiscus – Hibiscus flowers is a natural source of Alpha Hydroxyl Acid. This agent reduces wrinkles and also is an anti-ageing product. The hibiscus flowers can be crushed and mixed with equal portion of honey, milk and turmeric. Apply it on your skin and let it dry. Wash it off with cold water, to hold on to the youth of your skin. It also lightens complexion and dark circles.
4.Primrose – Primrose is a rich source linoleic acid. This acid is cures excessive dryness of the skin, cures eczema and also is a good treatment for Psoriasis. The primroses are save to be eaten and also used as a face pack. Primroses are very good for skin care in winter.
