Eye Make-up Looks To Wear With Face Mask This Festive Season
It is that time of the year again! With the festival season approaching, we gear up to shine the brightest in all the festivities. The dresses, the jewellery, the hair and make-up- we want everything to be just perfect. But, the festival season is going to be a little different.
With the Coronavirus pandemic, face masks and social distancing have become mandatory. So, while you can go crazy on your attire, accessories and the celebration, you have to get creative with the glam part of your look.
Wearing a full face of make-up under your face mask is not the best idea. That will be not only messy but also bad for your skin. We have the perfect solution for this face mask make-up dilemma- keep the glamour to the eyes. Here are five gorgeous eye make-up looks that you can wear with the face mask and dazzle this festive season. Take a look!
1. Graphic White Eyeliner
Why stick to one make-up trend when you can combine two and level up? This stunning look combines glittery black smokey eyes with the trendy graphic eyeliner look. Blend some black eyeshadow all over your eyelids and top it off with a silver or black glitter shadow to create depth. Next, draw a graphic winged liner that traces the crease of your eyes using a white eyeliner. The contrast of the black and white shades makes this look stand out even more.
2. Floating Eyeliner
Give the regular eye looks a break this festive season with the floating eyeliner look. This look is pretty easy to create and looks luxurious. Apply a blue eyeshadow all over your eyelids and blend well. Apply the eyeshadow on your lower lashline as well. Use concealer on a flat brush to cut the crease. Then, use an eyeshadow or eye pencil in the same shade to draw winged eyeliner. Next, starting from the inner corner of your eyes, trace the crease of your eyes with the same shade to create a floating eyeliner. You can use any colour that goes with your attire to create the look.
3. Rainbow Splatter
What better time than the festive season to bedazzle everyone with the rainbow look? Apply pink eyeshadow all over your lids and lower lash line and blend well. Next, apply some magenta eyeshadow on the outer corner of your eyes and blend well. Take this shade to your lower lash line as well. Now apply some orange eyeshadow from the inner corner to the middle of your eyelids. Blend well. Highlight the inner corner of the eyes with some silver metallic eyeshadow. To finish the look, use a white eyeliner to draw winged eyeliner.
4. Classic Smokey Eyes
No festive season is complete without the classic smokey eye look. This easy-to-create and fabulous-looking eye look is perfect for every occasion and goes well with any attire. If you are not sure which look to go for, choose this one. Blend some nude brown eyeshadow on the crease of your eyes and your lower lash line as well. This helps to add depth to the look.
Next, apply the black eyeshadow all over your lids and blend well. Take this shade to your lower lash line as well. Highlight the inner corner of your eyeshadow with golden eyeshadow, apply some dark kohl on your waterline and you are done with this stunning look.
5. Colourful Lined Eyes
