5. Gloss: The same thing can be done with lip gloss. Lip gloss can make your lips look plump and fuller. This is one of the best hacks for fuller lips.
6. White Eyeliner: Apply white eyeliner on your cupid's bow to make it stand out.
7. Concealer On Edges: Make your lips stand out by applying concealer all over the edges of your lips. This cleans out the sides of your lips, where a lot of pigmentation may have occurred.
