Nails- One of the easiest make-up tips to sport a neon look is to wear it on your nails. Paint your nails with shades like melons, electric blue or bright pink. The best part is that you can do this every day. Keep on changing nail paints according to the outfit you wear. Maintain your nails in proper shape and give touch ups to maintain a fine look.
