Makeup is not complete without a perfect eye makeup and the basis of eye makeup is the use of kohl and eyeliner. Thus, now in the market we have various different types of kohl and eyeliners, to match the need of different occasions. Lets look at some of the different types of eyeliners in the market -

1.Gel Eyeliner – If you are looking for a smoky eye makeup then this type of eyeliner is the best option. Gel eyeliner is one of the recent trends in the fashion and makeup world. Gel eyeliner is available in a pot in different colours. All you need to do is dip the brush in it and draw a line close to the upper eye lid. The gel eyeliners are also used as eye shadows. The creamy texture of the gel eyeliner is makes it easy to apply. The disadvantage is that it tends to smudge, thus, it's best to use it for smoky eye makeup.

2.Liquid Eyeliner – Liquid eyeliner is one of the best tools to make your eye look big and fresh. At the same time it needs a lot of practice to apply it properly. The first rule to apply this type of eyeliner, on the upper eye lid is to use just one coat. More coats makes your eye look heavy and saggy. The liquid eyeliner can also be used as kajal but it should be a very thin line. Liquid eyeliners go very well with vibrant makeup.

3.Pencil Eyeliner – This is the type of eyeliner which is used on nude makeup. It has a very subtle and light colour. Pencil eyeliners are much easy to apply and needs more than one coat to make the makeup prominent.
