4 Ways To Use Hibiscus To Manage Hair Fall And Dry Hair!
Hair fall is a common problem among men and women of all ages - and it is important to identify the underlying causes. Common causes of hair fall include stress, hormonal imbalance, nutritional deficiencies, and certain medications.
However, if your hair fall is caused by environmental factors such as pollution - there's one simple and inexpensive thing you can use - which probably you can find in your garden. And that this hibiscus!

Hibiscus has been used to fight hair loss since ancient times. They contain vitamins and minerals, so they're good for hair growth and help restore scalp pH [1].
I remember the days when my mum would pluck the leaves and flowers from the hibiscus plant at home and make a concoction, something we call, "thaali" (no not the thali meal) - and the way my hair used to shine and become so soft after using it. I used to love the smell of the concoction and the way it made my hair look and feel. It's a memory I still cherish today. And I wanted to share it with you guys!

All you need to do is mix one tablespoon of hibiscus powder with a few tablespoons of water to make a paste. Apply this paste to your scalp and hair and leave it on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing it off. Doing this twice a week can help definitely help reduce hair fall.

2. Use hibiscus oil
You can make your own hibiscus oil at home by mixing equal parts of hibiscus powder and coconut oil. Massage this oil onto your scalp for 10 minutes and leave it on overnight; you can wear a shower cap so as to avoid the oil getting all over your bedsheets and pillow.
