What Happens When You Apply Pumpkin Seed Paste On Scalp?
For hair twice as longer and stronger, make sure to apply pumpkin seed paste that we're sure will leave you wanting to try more of it often!
We solemnly swear we are absolutely, irrevocably, insanely in love with pumpkin seed hair masks! And you would be too, if you knew the magic it can weave!
From nourishing your scalp, boosting hair growth, repairing damaged hair strands to beating flaky dandruff, almost all of your hair care woes can be effectively taken care by pumpkin seeds!

We ain't rambling aimlessly; we did our research and this is what we found.
Pumpkin is a powerful source of antioxidants, which repair damaged hair follicles, lock in the moisture, help hair follicles absorb nutrients better, which in turn repairs, hydrates and replenishes the hair.
Furthermore, pumpkin is high on vitamins A, C and B complex, which stimulate blood flow to the scalp, and in turn boost hair growth.
The DIY pumpkin hair mask we are going to discuss about today also includes other equally therapeutic ingredients like coconut oil and almond oil to further pump up the potent level of the mask for deeper nourishment!
So, without further ado, here is how to apply pumpkin seed paste on hair.
Step 1:

Put out pumpkin seeds under the sun to dry for about 24 hours and grind it into a fine powder. You can also use ripe pumpkin pulp instead of the seeds.
Step 2:

In a low flame, heat 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 10 drops of primrose oil.
Step 3:

After 5 minutes, turn off the flame, and allow the oil to cool down at room temperature. Once it has cooled down, add in the roasted pumpkin seed powder; and using a fork, whisk it into a smooth paste.
Step 4:

Comb your hair to remove all the knots and tangles. Use a wide-toothed comb to reduce hair loss or breakage.
Step 5:

Divide your hair in small sections; and using a brush, apply the mask evenly through your hair length and scalp.
Step 6:

Tie your hair in a loose bun, and cover your scalp with a shower cap. Let the mask sit for an hour more. Later, rinse it clean with a mild cleansing shampoo! Tweak the content of the mask as per your hair length and thickness.
