Herbs That Promote Hair Growth
Who doesn't want to have beautiful, long hair? Most women love to own those beautiful and long tresses. But, unfortunately they are not able to take good care of their hair. The dust, pollution and sunlight can cause some unimaginable damage to your hair. This results in hair loss and restricts growth of hair.
To treat the problem, most of us go for the chemical way out. Various serums and shampoos in the market will guarantee you the solution for your hair problems. But you must realise that chemicals can only cause more damage to your hair. So, the easiest solution is to go for a natural, herbal treatment. The herbal treatment will not only promote hair growth, but will also improve the quality of your hair. Herbs are also a good option for those who have a sensitive scalp.

So, treat your hair problems in the herbal way with zero side effects. Here are a few herbs that promote hair growth:
Rosemary
It is a wonder herb for your hair. Rosemary makes your hair shine, combats dandruff and control hair loss. You can either include rosemary in your food or have a hair rinse. Just boil the rosemary leaves in normal water for about 10 minutes. Wait for it to cool down. Throw away the leaves and pour the cooled rosemary water all over your hair. Then rinse it out with cold water.
Chamomile
This herb has a lovely smell and has many healing properties. An infusion of chamomile can be used as a hair rinse after washing hair. It also helps in getting rid of itchy scalp.
Horsetail
It can be taken orally with tea or can also be mixed in a shampoo. Horsetail has been found to be a great herb for promoting hair growth.
Nettle
Nettle is generally harvested in the wild. Soak the fresh leaves in olive oil inside a glass jar. Keep it in a cool and dark place for about 2-3 weeks. Use this oil to massage your scalp. It restricts thinning of hair and promotes hair growth.
Burdock
The oil from the roots of this herb is very beneficial in restoring hair. It promotes healthy hair growth and improves blood circulation in the hair follicles.
These are a few herbs which are beneficial for hair growth. Take the herbal way to care for your hair and have healthy, long tresses to boast.
