Cost- The first thing that comes in mind as soon as you talk of hair extensions is the price. They are not at all cheap and shall definitely cost you a lump some. It all depends on what and how much you are getting for yourself. And that is not the end of it you also need to pay a huge amount for the maintenance.

This might be worth a fortune and if you are not ready for it, then it is better not to go for hair extensions. So, hair extensions might be good for you only if you are not bothered about your pocket. And the worst is when the hair extensions do not even look good on you but still you have to keep them looking at the money that you have spent.

Hairfall- What do you do before you get to use your hair extensions? They are fixed onto the scalp by a stylist. This puts stress on the hair roots and there is tremendous hair fall. Even many celebrities have complained that hair extensions is a cause of their hairfall.

The results might be for a long term and the hairfall might not stop even after you have stopped using the hair extensions. A lot of treatment is needed to check hairfall in cases as such. Thus we see that how hair extensions can be one of the major reasons of hairfall if you are using them.

Baldness- The chances of developing bald spots on your head and at the same time a receded hair line is the largest if you use hair extensions. Nothing can possibly do more damage to the hair other than this. Hair extensions are real bad for the hair.
