Homemade Vitamin Based Manicures To Try

According to beauty experts, it is said that when we pamper our nails with vitamins obtained food, it provides strength to the nail, preventing it to become brittle and crack.

Boldsky shares with you some of the best homemade vitamin based manicures you can try out this evening. These foods on the list are rich in iron, vitamin B12 and zinc. Applying the juice or the pulp of these foods on your cuticles will enable your fingers and toes to look beautiful.
Here are three vitamins you need to pamper your nails with, take a look:
TAKE A LOOK ONLY IF YOU WANT TO STRENGTHEN YOUR NAILS

Iron
Almonds are rich in vitamin E which makes it an ideal choice for pampering your nails. Massage your nails with almond oil periodically to promote nail growth. You can also make a paste out of almonds and apply it as a mask over the cuticles. When the paste is dry, rinse your fingers and toes with rose water.
Leafy Greens is rich in iron. Grind a handful of spinach leaves to paste. Add one tablespoon of honey to the paste and apply it to your cuticles. This homemade vitamin treatment enriches your nail, making them glow beautifully and naturally.

Vitamin B12
Eggs and cheese are dense with the presence of vitamin B12. Grate one cube of cheese and leave aside. Whip up an egg without the yolk. Add the grated cheese to the white and whisk it.
Now apply this homemade vitamin ingredient over your finger and toe nails. When dry wash your hands and feet with lemon water or vinegar. These dairy products are rich in calcium which is beneficial for nail growth. This nail mask is also used to get rid of white patches on the nails.

Zinc
Melt half a bar of dark chocolate. Now apply this melted chocolate like a mask over your finger and toe nails. Allow it to dry in room temperature. Now soak your fingers and toes in rose water and gently remove the chocolate from the nails. When done with this procedure, wipe your fingers and toes dry.
Repeat this homemade vitamin manicure to make your nails strong. The zinc which is present in chocolate also helps to reduce inflammation around the cuticle.
